Initial Consult 

Before any project begins, we have an initial consult where we discuss your project priorities, budget, style and timeframe. This 2-hour meeting allows us both the opportunity to get to know one another and for me to become familiar with your project and guide you through each phase of the design process.  We will always leave this meeting with a clear direction on the next step.  When you are ready to book your initial consult, I am here to help!

Space Planning & Layout / Phase 1

We will discuss your style, the look you are trying to achieve, and the functionality and utility of the space, determining how you and your team or clients will use/currently use the space. Includes discussion of new or existing furniture, storage, organization, cabinet layout, and custom furniture needs.  Cabinet layouts, fully-designed 3D renderings and custom furniture drawings available by request. 

 

Fixtures & Furnishings / Phase 2

We will discuss the selection of flooring, cabinet style, countertops, backsplash, hardware, furniture, lighting, and paint or wallpaper, ultimately determining what is a priority for purchase or what existing items you may keep. We will work together to ensure the entire space flows together when selecting these items. If requested, I will present you a visionboard for the space, giving you the opportunity to see all recommendations/selections and how they work together to achieve your overall look before you make any purchases.

 

Styling & Décor / Phase 3

We will discuss accessories, signage, artwork (custom or otherwise with the opportunity to incorporate your mission or vision into the space) and tchotchkes (accent décor) with the end goal of tying the room together, giving your space a personality that reflects your style and provides a welcoming atmosphere to walk into. We will focus on color, balance, texture and proportion, making sure that the finished space is aesthetically pleasing yet completely comfortable and functional for you and your team.

Pricing

Due to the custom nature of design, all pricing varies by project and is discussed via phone or email up front before any work begins. We will discuss your project budget as well as an estimated design cost based on services needed.  As soon as you are ready, I am available to chat!
